How do I cancel or reschedule my appointment?

Need to make a change? Life happens, and you can easily manage this yourself 24/7! Whether you need to cancel or just pick a new time, the process is identical and takes only a few seconds.

Two easy ways to do it yourself:

  1. Via your Confirmation Email: Open the confirmation email you received when booking. Click the link inside to modify your booking instantly. Can't find it? Check your spam/junk folder or your trash.

  2. Via the Cuts and Curls App: If you can't find the email, simply use our app. Log in with the same details you used to book, and you can manage everything right there.

Important Rules: To keep the schedule running smoothly for everyone, changes, and cancellations must be made within specific time windows. If you modify your appointment outside these windows (or don't show up), the system will automatically charge 100% of the treatment price.

  • Haircuts: Up to 6 hours in advance.

  • Colour / 2 Persons: Up to 10 hours in advance.

  • Complex treatments (Bleach/Highlights): Up to 24 hours in advance.

Please note: Cancellations or changes cannot be processed via WhatsApp, SMS, or phone. You must use the link in the confirmation email or through the App.

Hoe kan ik mijn afspraak annuleren of verzetten?

Veranderde plannen? Geen probleem. Je past je afspraak eenvoudig 24/7 zelf aan! Of je nu wilt annuleren of een nieuw tijdstip wilt kiezen, het proces is identiek en kost slechts een paar seconden.

Twee makkelijke manieren om het zelf te doen:

  1. Via je bevestigingsmail: open de e-mail die je kreeg toen je boekte. Klik op de link in die mail om je afspraak direct te wijzigen. Kun je hem niet vinden? Check even je spam/ongewenste mail of je prullenbak.

  2. Via de Cuts and Curls App: heb je de mail niet meer? Gebruik dan gewoon onze app. Log in met dezelfde gegevens die je gebruikte bij het boeken en regel alles direct vanuit daar.

Belangrijke spelregels: om de agenda voor iedereen soepel te laten verlopen, moeten wijzigingen en annuleringen binnen specifieke tijdvensters worden gedaan. Als je jouw afspraak buiten deze tijden wijzigt (of niet komt opdagen), brengt het systeem automatisch 100% van de behandelprijs in rekening.

  • Knippen: tot 6 uur van tevoren.

  • Kleur / 2 Personen: tot 10 uur van tevoren.

  • Complexe behandelingen (Bleach/Highlights): tot 24 uur van tevoren.

Let op: annuleringen of wijzigingen kunnen niet via WhatsApp, SMS of telefoon worden verwerkt. Je dient hiervoor echt de link in de bevestigingsmail of de App te gebruiken.
